HTI: Make Jakarta the Center of Khilafah Instead of Making it the Center of American Colony

HTI Press. Jakarta-Under the rain, Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI) again staged a protest to reject the plan to renovate and construct the American Embassy in Indonesia. HTI believes the U.S. Embassy also becomes the headquarters of the American occupation in Indonesia. As a Governor of Jakarta, Jokowi should not issue a building permit to the new U.S. Embassy in Jakarta.
“Should the city government give the permission to the U.S,  they have given this land to be colonized by the U.S.” said Farid Wadjdi in his speech on Tuesday (8/1) in front of the Home Office of the City Hall in Jakarta.

The Chairman of Central Board of HTI said the contents of the 10-floor building with the work space area of 36,000 square meters are not mice or cockroaches, but the diplomatic personnel, the U.S. military and  the intelligence staff. “Therefore, we must reject the U.S. Embassy, not only reject its renovation but also reject the presence of the U.S. Embassy,” he said.

Farid is determined that people insist on driving the American invaders away from this country by making Jakarta the center of the khilafah and waving the flags of Muhammad SAW all over the city. “We do not want Jakarta to be the center of colony, but we will make it the center of the Khilafah that will stop all forms of colonialism,” he said while shouting takbeer.
